Stevenage Sporting Futures

What We Do

At Stevenage Sporting Futures Team we:

  • Facilitate and deliver a number of sport and physical activity opportunities including school based delivery and competitions.
  • Run a comprehensive calendar of sporting activity for our partner schools including school based delivery, competitions, festivals and CPD training.

  • Uphold and deliver the school games values and beliefs throughout all of our work.

We arrange a full and comprehensive events calendar for all the schools within our partnership.

This academic year, Stevenage Sporting Futures have teamed up with Fit Kidz CIC to offer the Fit Kidz Go Program to all partner schools. This 4-week program encourages children to get active and set themselves individual challenges.

KS1 Sports Mark

We have set up the SSFT Sports Mark for Key Stage 1 to enable schools to gain recognition for their excellent work at Key Stage 1 and to show the flow of PE and Sport through the school (where applicable) to the work recognised by the main School Games mark at Key Stage 2.
